Racket Test is our free racket testing service. You can try out the model you're interested in before buying it and make sure it suits your playing style. If you want to know how a racket feels before making a decision, this is the best option for you.

Trying a racket before buying it is very easy. Just follow these 5 steps:

1. Go to the Rackets section of our website and select the one you are interested in. Click on "Buy".

2. Write to us via Whatsapp or email to let us know that you want to use the test racket service.

3. Complete the purchase and pay the total amount of the racket (as a deposit). If you decide not to keep it, we will refund your money when you return the test racket to us.

4. We will send it to you by courier on the next business day after your purchase. (Check delivery times depending on the day of the week).

5. Play matches or train with it to see if it is the ideal racket for you.

💰 How much does it cost to try a racket?

We will pick up the test racket and send you a new one at no additional cost.

We will only charge you €15 for shipping and collection costs.

🚚 When will I receive the test racket?

The next business day after confirming your order. If you have any questions, please contact us.

🔁 Can I try several rackets at once?

Yes, you can order as many as you want. You only have to pay the amount of each one as a deposit. When you choose the definitive one, we will refund the rest.

⏳ How long do I have to try it?

You will have 3 calendar days from the moment you receive it. Take advantage of that time to play and check if it suits you.

🆕 What if I want to keep it?

You just have to let us know. We will collect the test racket and, once we confirm that it is in good condition, we will send you the new one. The entire process usually takes between 2 and 4 days.

📦 How do I return the racket?

Contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone. We will ask for your order number and send a courier with the label and bag. Just remember to keep the original packaging to protect the racket well.
