In the event that the situation is contemplated within the exceptions stipulated in current legislation, the company is exempt from any liability, the buyer not meeting the necessary characteristics to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal will not be subject to any formality, it being sufficient for the client to specify their wish to exercise this right, doing so through a formal return procedure, opening the corresponding ticket and following the procedure established in our return policy.
